The etching process is extremely precise and can achieve a level of detail which is as thin as the thickness of a sheet of metal, it is ideal for producing business cards.

Metal business cards are produced from computer artwork, so we can use any existing logos and typefaces. There are some restrictions on the etching that we can do, however there is still a great deal of flexibility with extremely fine etching. Four stages take the designs from the computer to the factory.

There are a number of processes which have to be gone through in order to produce the final business cards. We start of with the designs on a computer, once we are satisfied with these they are electronically transferred to the production machinery. It then goes through a process which transfers the digital images to the metal and the design can be etched into the metal. The cards then go through finishing, by hand, to ensure that they are made ready for the customer.
